parisianb2utyfool: Hiello ^^. I'm a french B2uty and I'm currently trying to do a chronology about BEAST trainee time, but it's a bit difficult to find accurate informations. By any chance, do you know when Dongwoon was in JYPE or Cube? (or when he was not?). Thanks a lot ^^




My memory is a bit hazy but I’m pretty sure Dongwoon joined JYPE around 2005. (There was evidence of him and Kikwang exchanging messages in January 2006, and they became friends through being trainees together.) He trained for two years (2005-2007?), then left and was unsigned for about a year. I’m assuming he joined Cube in 2008 or early 2009 (before AJ debuted)? q_q I’m sorry I don’t have exact time frames.

I believe it was the Cheongshim Music Festival from the 4th, according to Yoseob’s tweet! I haven’t seen any fancams of it yet but I’ll keep my eyes open for it. ;;

I usually stream the main shows (Mcountdown, Mubank, Mucore, Inki) from this stream. It’s hard to find streams for MTV & Show Champion, I haven’t watched those live but considering Beast’s popularity, you can probably find it on Youtube a couple hours later! Anyway the times are:

  • Mnet Mcountdown @ Thursday 6PM KST 
  • KBS Music Bank @ Friday 5:50PM KST 
  • MBC Music Core @ Saturday 4PM KST 
  • SBS Inkigayo @ Sunday 3:50PM KST

Music Bank is a little harder to vote in, I think. I don’t know Korean so I can’t navigate through the site well. ;; And I think Inkigayo took down their mutizen awards so these are the only music shows they can win at I believe. ;;
